Over sixteen years ago, we launched Intevity (previously Twin Technologies) with two goals: 1) build lasting relationships and 2) uncover what’s possible for businesses through the use of technology. We focused on relationships—with our clients, partners, and employees—and most of all, on those between our clients and their own customers.
Then we recognized another relationship.
Despite starting as a software development company, the true value of what we offer isn’t always in the code (though that’s top notch). Instead the true value is in how we frame and address business challenges—even ones that weren’t traditionally thought of as “digital.”
We use our pattern recognition, from decades of using collective strategy, design, and technical experience with some of the biggest brands, paired with our emotional intelligence and people skills to provide end-to-end digital solutions to our clients’ most pressing business problems.
Part of our secret sauce is found by looking through the lens of our Digital Triality ™ model.
Within the digital world we live, we believe technology’s impact on business is ineffective without alignment, relevance, and velocity.
We use Digital Triality to recognize these often hidden and interdependent problems that are overlooked or ignored through traditional models because people either don’t believe there’s a problem, or they don’t think the problem is fixable.
Ironically, solving the problems of alignment, relevance, and velocity is where companies will see the most significant gains.
Alignment: A lack of alignment across an organization causes churn, confusion, and conflicting priorities. Without the shared purpose and extreme clarity that alignment brings, progress grinds to a halt.
Relevancy: If a product or service isn’t relevant to users, they simply won’t buy it or won’t use it. And those few who do, won’t be loyal—they’ll quickly move on to a faster, easier, or cheaper option.
Velocity: Delays getting to marketing, responding too slowly to customer needs, or getting weighed down by legacy technology investments all lead to the same outcome— being outpaced by competition and ultimately customer attrition
Digital Triality enables us to focus on the root challenges facing organizations as a whole, versus focusing on only one individual practice area (e.g. Experience) at a time. It helps us identify and address the relationships that different departments and systems share to drive better outcomes for our clients and their customers.
At Intevity, we believe meaningful and lasting change is realized by organizations that understand and effectively manage the interplay between technology, the human experience, and organizational change.
To avoid being outpaced by competing organizations, leading brands have recognized the need to validate problems being solved as not merely a symptom of an even bigger underlying problem. With the focus in the right places, the right organizational levers can be pulled to provide a foundation and momentum around solving that problem.
